I love Downton Abbey, but am not sure of the answers because I can't remember a couple of names. I'll try: 1, Maggie Smith, 2. the middle daughter, 3. the one who died 4. the troublemaker 5. the housekeeper 6. don't remember 7. kitchen
ReplyDeleteMy favorite characters are Annie, Lady Mary, Mr. Bates, and many of the other staff. I also love the Irish guy who is trying to fit in and act as estate manager. I suspect his will be the greatest character arc of the series.
I like Anna, too but I'm not sold on Mr. Bates. I guess I want a "hunk" for Anna. LOL!! There are so many characters I enjoy - Mary, Violet, Cora, and even Edith is growing on me. Downstairs, I really like Mrs. Hughes and Daisy is a hoot.

My favorite character is Anna. She is always nice, and fights for what she believes in. And she and Mr. Bates are so cute together. :-)
ReplyDeleteLynn, I agree - Anna is always nice and that's what I really enjoy about her characters. She's an "everyday" kinda woman and that's the appeal, I think.
