Melissa, I'm a little leary about grilling the veggies, but I'm learning a little olive oil and spices go along and I just figured out how to do zucchini well. LOL!! I use a mix of grill and charcoal - it all depends on the demands of the day as to which I use.

Maggie, hehe. I know it makes me water, too. What I like about charcoal is the ambience of waiting. You just hang out and talk. It brings peeps closer, I think.

Linda, I enjoy a good pulled pork, but I agree - it's hard to find a great place.

Smiles
StephStephanie Burkhart https://www.blogger.com/profile/16952130018587727063noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2634682259702186282.post-82715774609022829352014-05-31T09:51:50.505-07:002014-05-31T09:51:50.505-07:00Yummmmmmm. My favorite BBQ is pulled pork and that is available to me in KY and FL just the way I like it.Linda Swifthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00749255692298669394noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2634682259702186282.post-89827744623914267862014-05-30T13:33:50.117-07:002014-05-30T13:33:50.117-07:00Mmm. I prefer charcoal cooked grilled food - seems to have more flavor - but I don't even know anyone with a charcoal grill anymore. Seems gas has made strong inroads due to the convenience of not having to wait for the coals to get "right." Now I want BBQ for dinner...Maggie Toussainthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12011893139722870283noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2634682259702186282.post-48072003560634124232014-05-29T17:38:10.959-07:002014-05-29T17:38:10.959-07:00I love grilling zucchini and summer squash, as wel...I love grilling zucchini and summer squash, as well as cherry tomatoes and mushrooms. I usually use skewers and put chunks of stew meat on them with the same Italian dressing. :) Mostly, I just eat the veggies.

We have a gas grill which is fine. I can use it all year long but I do miss the charcoal grills.Melissa Keirhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10247037321769755660noreply@blogger.com
